Two Recipe Tuesday - Sausage Con Queso Dip

With football season starting, well tomorrow, it is time for some kick off party favorites. Today we are blasting out your innards with spicy chip dip concoction. Sausage Con Queso dip a la Bob Mo-Fo Evans (title not official). That's right if you want to do sausage right then go to the source. Here is what they have to offer:

Bob EvansSausage Con Queso Dip

• Prep time: 10 minutes
• Cook time: 5 minutes
• Serves: Makes 16 servings

All you need are three ingredients -- our Zesty Sausage, cheese and salsa -- to make this warm and bubbly dip.

Ingredients

• 1 pound Bob Evans Zesty Hot Sausage Roll
• 1 package Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into cubes (16 oz)
• 1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained (10 oz) OR 1 jar salsa (16 oz)

Directions

Crumble and cook sausage in large saucepan over medium heat until browned. Drain on paper towels then return sausage to saucepan. Add cut cheese cubes to sausage. Cook, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted. Stir in tomatoes. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
