Number 3 - Hog Taters

Ok, I know what you are thinking. What the heck is a Hog tator. Well let me explain it like this, THEY ARE THE SHIT!!!!! So walking by this booth I thought the same as you how can that be any good, five dollars later I sat down for my first taste and I must say I was blown away. They take and deep fry two half potato's that have been cored out. Then they stuff it with pulled pork. You get a choice of BBQ sauce and sour cream (which to my surprise was actually good on this). Number 5 - Loaded Chips

Continuing with some deep fried foods the loaded chips are the bomb. Take home made potato chips add cheese and sour cream and voila you have a masterpiece. The only downside was the place we got these from kind of skimped up on the cheese and sour cream. They were still good though. Of all the deep fried craziness you see these days this standard staple of the fryer stood alone. Tomorrow we land in meat heaven with numbers 4 and 3 as the countdown continues on Fair Week.
